SCHOOL BUS RACING

The one and only place in South West Michigan to catch the crazy School Bus Figure Eight Race is right here at Galesburg Speedway. Their are many track's in the area that try, but this is one event you can copy but never duplicate. Come out on Sunday June 10th or August 12th to witness the craziest racing you'll ever see.

ENDURO RACING

The ever popular sport of Enduro racing was set up for the low budget person to get involved into racing. On June 10th, July 4th and August 12th there will be 4 cyl and 6 cyl. enduros. Not sure what an enduro is. All the cars that show up, yes that is right all the cars weather it be 50 or 100, line up on the track at once to see who can with stand 200 gut wrenching laps around the ashphalt of Galesburg Speedway. He who manuvers his way around all the wrecked cars, debri and oil spills that are left on the track to complete 200 laps is the winner. No yellow flags, Just straight up racing.
Also on July 4th will be a full size enduro for 150 laps. These are cars that range from the full size Impalas to the what used to be little Buick Regals. More of Street Stock style cars. This format will be the same as the 4 cyl. with more laps and bigger cars to block the track.

EVE OF DESTRUCTION

What you wait all year for is the Galesburg Speedway Eve Of Destruction. On July 4th 2007 this event will be one like no other. There will be a 4cyl. Front wheel drive Enduro, Full size enduro, Monster Truck, A Jet Car meltdown with Fred Sibley backing his lil’ red beer hauler up to a full size car and melting it down to the ground. A car will be driven through a Wall Of Fire. There will be an Automobile Football race with two teams of four using a car for a football and trying to score before the other team does. A rollover contest, Home Depot Board Race, Airway Lanes Burg Bowling.  Automobile Red Rover, well you will have to be there to see that one. If that is not enough, we will top the night off with the biggest display of FIREWORKS your eyes will ever see. Gates open at 3:00 and the destruction starts at 6:45. Admission is just $15 at the gate. This event is brought to you by WNWN 98.5

POWERBALL

Galesburg Speedway has brought it back. Your chance to win the Powerball package. Five night's have already been scheduled for this fun event as we will be throwing balls out in the stands with drivers autograph on them. Catch the right ball and you could win this package. As of now the package includes 2 tickets to come back and visit, 1 speedway souvenier shirt, coupon for Player's Grill, your pic with the winner, and more to be announced soon.

FORTUNE FAN APPRECIATION NIGHT

We thought it was time to give back to you the fans, on August 4th everyone coming through the general admission gate will recieve 2 dollars off their admission. You will also recieve a fortune cookie that will have coupons inside of them ranging from, free admission back to the speedway, random discounts at the souvenier stand, free hot dog, free Pepsi or maybe you will even get the grand prize of a free season pass.

KIDS NIGHT

All kids admitted for $2 up to the age of 12. We will be giving away a girls bike and a boys bike. There will be Big Wheel races, a coloring contest and more to be announced.
